CARA’s global manufacturing client is looking for an Organization Change Management (OCM) Analyst to work on a 5 months contract to act as a utility player across multiple work streams. The OCM Analyst will be self-reliant and focus on the people side of delivery. In this role, the OCM Analyst will execute toward a strategy and collaborate with multiple team members on both large and small initiatives.
The OCM Analyst will apply a structured approach to each assignment, focusing on the people and process-related changes to increase colleague engagement and adoption of any change management needs. They will execute against comprehensive communication plans to facilitate clear, consistent, and honest internal and external messaging, using creative communication methods. Currently most messages are emails – looking for communication methods that are more “out of the box”
