CARA’s global manufacturing client is looking for an Organization Change Management (OCM) Analyst to work on a 5 months contract to act as a utility player across multiple work streams. The OCM Analyst will be self-reliant and focus on the people side of delivery. In this role, the OCM Analyst will execute toward a strategy and collaborate with multiple team members on both large and small initiatives.
The OCM Analyst will apply a structured approach to each assignment, focusing on the people and process-related changes to increase colleague engagement and adoption of any change management needs. They will execute against comprehensive communication plans to facilitate clear, consistent, and honest internal and external messaging, using creative communication methods. Currently most messages are emails – looking for communication methods that are more “out of the box”
In this role, you will:
- Partner effectively with Change Leads, ensuring a consistent approach.
- Create and maintain stakeholder engagement, analysis, and communication plans.
- Provide input and support the design and delivery of training. Sit in on training, assess audience participation, and determine how to improve training.
- Develop graphics and layouts to increase engagement, training retention, and ensure adoption
- Use your critical thinking, organizational, and planning skills to help solve problems.
- Develop and deliver high quality verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate at multiple levels with clarity
- Be a versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
- Leverage your time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Quickly build rapport and strong relationships with others.
This is a remote contract position with a potential to extend. Initial contract is 5 months.
Qualification for candidates that meet the requirements below includes a recruiter interview, technical interview (with review of work samples), reference, and background check.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Exceptional follow-up, documentation and attention to detail is key.
- Ability to leverage your technical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Team, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Expertise working with stakeholders in a complex organization with diverse businesses, geographies, and cultures.
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5+ years of experience applying organizational change management approach within the corporate setting.
- Have 3-5+ years of IT experience (A Plus!)
- Experience with organizational change management methodology experience, such as PROSCI expertise or certification or ACMP certification a plus.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
