About the Role:
Committed to our Clients: As a Sr. Manager - Organizational Change Management, you will engage with some of the world’s most recognizable brands on exciting billable project work, contribute to business impact, and drive project success and customer satisfaction. Your ability to plan and execute OCM-related activities (such as change strategy/planning, stakeholder analysis/communication, organizational alignment, capability building) will drive our client’s success through their transformation journey.
Committed to our Consultants: You understand the value and contributions of our Talent Community (our consultants) and strive to provide exceptional Consultant experience when interacting with them. You will manage multiple projects and/or team members; manage project status reporting; facilitate communication between team members and clients; and facilitate meetings, create agendas, and document activities.
Through your people leadership skills, you will create an environment that builds cooperation, mutual support, and shared responsibilities to support the success of our consultants. Additionally, you will coach and develop team members and act as a mentor to internal CARA and Consultant Resources.
Committed to our Growth: CARA continues to grow, and your efforts to architect solutions will have direct impact on our growth and the ability to invest back in our people and infrastructure. You will partner with Account Executives on sales pursuits (including RFP responses) to identify and understand business problems and desired outcomes. You will capture, document, and present high-level solutions to clients, architect/develop out solutions, and apply a consultative approach to gain buy-in and sign-off. You will collaborate on building the final solution to include pricing, deliverables, and resourcing needs.
Committed to our People: CARA is committed to the success of our People. As part of CARA’s team, you will have direct input to building the Project Solutions Practice. Your knowledge in proven OCM best practices, methodologies, tools, and project management processes will strengthen the practice and enable the Sales Team with OCM knowledge. Additionally, you will engage and contribute to thought leadership through writing blogs/articles, facilitating workshops, and taking part in CARA Change, Learn, Grow events.
As we continue to grow our Talent Community and staff members, you will partner with Talent Acquisition to identify targeted OCM skills to build our pipeline and participate in hiring and onboarding new Project Solutions Team Members.
