CARA seeks an instructional design consultant for a 6-month project starting in June with our client in Milwaukee, WI. Onsite is required.

Here's the Gig:

  • You'll design and develop top-notch training materials for a variety of corporate functions - IT, Compliance, Supply Chain, and more! Think Instructor-Led sessions, eye-catching VILT experiences, and interactive eLearning modules.
  • You’ll dive deep into diverse subject areas, from Finance to Marketing. Your ability to custom design and develop coursework, or convert existing materials into engaging eLearning, will be key.
  • Put your software skills to the test and create visually stunning, impactful learning journeys. You’ll use tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Vyond.

Requirements

Your experience includes:

  • 5+ years working experience as an instructional designer designing and developing blended learning solutions including classroom-based, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, and microlearning.
  • Expertise in Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Vyond.
  • Ability to facilitate client and SME meetings.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize your own work effort.
  • Provide status updates to the client and CARA in a timely manner.
  • Problem solve and provide options to clients to address issues that arise.
  • Open to working onsite in Milwaukee, WI.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
