CARA’s client seeks a Sr. Instructional Designer for a contract project to enhance their training process in several areas, specifically targeting speed to competency for new hires (entry-level and experienced), so they are up-and-running on the job as quickly as possible. Due to the remote nature of their employee base, there is a need to reduce the amount of in-person training conducted today by providing asynchronous learning.
In this role, the Senior ID Consultant will be responsible for:

Phase 2: (Design and Development)
This would include detailed design and development for (2) paths in parallel:
This is estimated as a 4 month contract, remote with project with an occasional need to be onsite in Lisle. Previous experience working in supply chain/logistics or designing/developing training in this area a plus!
Qualification for candidates that meet the requirements below includes a recruiter interview technical interview (with review of work samples), reference, and background check.
